David Jenkinson

Founder

David is the founder of In Step Accounting and is passionate about helping SMEs evolve and grow whilst also developing trainee accountants.

In his spare time he is an avid sports fan, being an Associate Member of Marylebone Cricket Club.

David also plays Cello in an Amateur Orchestra in London.

Karolina Volosianko

Senior Accountant

Karolina enjoys learning how companies grow and develop whilst being able to have an impact on their expansion.

Visiting clients is an aspect of the job that has always appealed to her since she joined the team in May 2022. Having already achieved Level 3 AAT, she is currently studying towards her ICAEW ACA.

In her spare time you can find Karolina at your nearest crazy golf venue honing her skills or completing some retail therapy in Zara.
